2. Description of Service
Falcon Books AE provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software designed for compliance with United Arab Emirates (UAE) regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. We continuously update the Service to meet evolving Federal Tax Authority (FTA) standards.
3. Subscription and Fees
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in UAE Dirhams (AED). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated otherwise or required by UAE law.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Falcon Books AE cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Your Data and Content
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service. Falcon Books AE does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide. While we provide tools for VAT compliance, the final responsibility for tax filings and accuracy remains with you and your authorized tax agents.
6. Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide 24/7 availability for the Service. However, we may occasionally need to perform scheduled maintenance. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of any planned downtime that may affect their business operations.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a grace period during which you can export your data. After this period, we reserve the right to delete account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Falcon Books AE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
